The apartment provides a large combined living- / dining-room, integrated modern kitchen (dish washer, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, kettle and plenty of crockery, glasses etc). 1 large bedroom with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), bathroom with shower / WC and a large balcony (approx. 10 sqm). Bed linen and towels are available.Size is about 68 sqm, located on 1. floor with lift. The apartment was completely renovated in 2012. The old hardwood parquet in the living room and bedroom was restored. All other rooms with new tiles.Digital TV with DVD/Blueray player, and free high-speed WiFi Internet access. The price includes all utilities (electricity, heating, water, Internet access). Radia and television must be paid by the tenant (SERAFE). A basic bi-weekly cleaning service is included as well. It is suitable for max. 2 persons. Pets and smoking in the apartment are not allowed. Minimum stay 3 months. Final cleaning fee CHF 200,- at move out.
