Once the visits have been made with creditworthy candidates, you give your guidelines (rent amount, tenant's salary level, guarantor) and opt for an account with a partner bank for the rent payments. The machine then scans the files, analyses the documents and selects the most reliable candidate for a financially stress-free tenancy.
Once the ideal tenant has been selected, Autopilot automatically draws up the lease and sends it to the tenant, who has 24 hours to confirm his or her interest before signing the lease online, after which all you have to do is countersign.
