1. The preparation of the lease

2. The dispatch to the tenant-candidate

It is sent by email and the tenant has 48 hours to sign it online in a 100% secure manner. If they fail to do so, a new lease is drawn up in the name of the second tenant chosen from the waiting list.

3. The signing of the lease by the landlord
