Rent: CHF1280+180 acc expenses
Shared laundry room (it is not possible to install a washing machine in the apartment), outdoor parking at CHF80 per month, garage CHF100. Deposit: 3 months' rent with deposit insurance. Remaining contract: one year.
Dogs allowed, cats not. Included in the rent, the residential complex has a fitness room, playground and large grill area (reservation required). The apartment is currently rented: photographs refer to a similar apartment. Availability from 01.09.2024.

Extract from the execution of bankruptcies (valid not earlier than three months);
Copy of identity document and/or any permit
Copy of RC insurance and related premium payment;
Employment contract and last 3 months salary statements
